Organic Active Dried Yeast
Bioreal® Organic Active Dried Yeast is a certified organic leavening ingredient for professional baking and fermented-dough production. Manufactured by Agrano in Germany, it provides dependable performance across breads, rolls, pizza bases, pastries and other yeast-leavened products.
Designed for straightforward integration into commercial production, it can replace conventional active dried yeast on a 1:1 basis in many processes, subject to minor formulation or process adjustments. Its dried format provides a 12-month unopened shelf life and practical storage and transport advantages.

Why Bioreal® organic yeast is different
Bioreal® yeast is organic from the beginning of the production process, not simply certified at the finished-product stage. Agrano cultures selected yeast strains in an organic nutrient medium based on organic grain and clean spring water.
The fermentation process avoids chemical nitrogen sources, synthetic vitamins, growth promoters and chemical pH regulators. Organic sunflower oil is used as the anti-foaming agent, steam is used for sterilisation and the yeast does not require the repeated washing associated with conventional yeast production.
This patented process reduces resource-intensive washing and produces organic yeast designed for both dependable processing and the requirements of certified organic food manufacturing.
